I used to hate soup when I was a kid.

My mom would make me have soup every night in summer.

In Spain. At 40º degrees.

I’m sure you can understand my hatred.

But as I’ve grown older without her soups, soups have grown on me.

So I used my student’s portfolio project as a little tribute to her.

Apart from her recipe, my favorite soup is pho.

I’m currently on a mission to try as much pho as

is humanly possible.
